Tecsys is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior FP&A professional to join our team. If you have a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, along with a CPA designation and experience in a service-oriented organization, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  1. FP&A Support: Provide ongoing financial planning and analysis support, acting as a trusted business partner by turning data into actionable insights.
  2. Monthly Analysis and Reporting: Support the FP&A team with monthly analysis and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, including cost, resource, business case, and special project analysis.
  3. Business Trend Identification: Identify business trends and gaps, offering recommendations to senior management.
  4. Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes by leveraging current software tools.
  5. Ad-Hoc Analysis and Projects: Assist in various ad-hoc analyses and projects, focusing on strategic growth and initiatives.
  6. Control Framework and Efficiency: Play a key role in the control framework while driving efficiency and continuously reviewing operating expenses against budget.
Requirements
  1. 5 to 8 years of experience in an FP&A role within a service organization (preferably in a software company).
  2. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field of study.
  3. Highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.
  4. Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar planning tools.
  5. Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec. NB: if you are applying to this position, you must be a Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident of Canada, OR, have a valid Canadian work permit.
