We are looking for a Marketing Account Executive to play a pivotal role in our organization.

The Marketing Account Executive is a vital member of our team, concentrating on acquiring new business, managing client relationships, and fostering growth. You will excel in crafting proposals and offering alternative solutions to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quote and marketing assistance for groups with up to 500 members.
  • Create client-ready reports and documentation.
  • Develop proposals and alternatives for both traditional and innovative employee benefits plans.
  • Liaise with insurance providers to guarantee accurate and timely quotations for groups.
  • Support advisors in ensuring all necessary information is submitted for accurate quotes.
  • Collaborate with advisors to ensure proper submission of paperwork, documents, and payments related to sales.
  • Review and approve final reports while providing support to all team members.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the group benefits sector.
  • Proficient understanding of group insurance principles, assessment methods, and terminology related to group benefit plans.
  • Strong commitment to delivering value-driven customer service.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional reasoning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • GBA designation under the CEBS program is a valuable asset.
