Key Responsibilities- Manage policy life cycles for new and existing clients, including new business submissions, renewals, re-marketing, and endorsements.
- Process insurance-related reports and contracts, such as property valuations, driving record history, and premium financing agreements.
- Be the first point of contact for customers in servicing their insurance needs.
- Assist producers in the completion of comprehensive submissions for quoting.
- Review quotations, subjectivities, and policies for accuracy.
- Administer internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) and underwriting guidelines.
- Timely process endorsements and certificate of insurance (COI) requests.
- Work effectively with team members and colleagues to accomplish team and organizational goals.
- RIBO licensed, in good standing with required continuing education (CE) hours.
- Minimum 1 year of personal lines insurance experience.
- CIP, CAIB, and CRM designations and/or relative courses are considered an asset.
- Commercial lines experience is considered an asset.
- Post-secondary education is considered an asset.
- Alberta - Level 1 general insurance broker/agent license considered an asset.
- British Columbia - Level 2 general insurance broker/agent license considered an asset.
- Annual salary, dependent on experience.
- Continuing education support and the opportunity to learn from industry leaders.
