About the Role

Ai Insurance Organization Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for managing policy life cycles for new and existing clients, including new business submissions, renewals, re-marketing, and endorsements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage policy life cycles for new and existing clients, including new business submissions, renewals, re-marketing, and endorsements.
  • Process insurance-related reports and contracts, such as property valuations, driving record history, and premium financing agreements.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers in servicing their insurance needs.
  • Assist producers in the completion of comprehensive submissions for quoting.
  • Review quotations, subjectivities, and policies for accuracy.
  • Administer internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) and underwriting guidelines.
  • Timely process endorsements and certificate of insurance (COI) requests.
  • Work effectively with team members and colleagues to accomplish team and organizational goals.
Requirements
  • RIBO licensed, in good standing with required continuing education (CE) hours.
  • Minimum 1 year of personal lines insurance experience.
  • CIP, CAIB, and CRM designations and/or relative courses are considered an asset.
  • Commercial lines experience is considered an asset.
  • Post-secondary education is considered an asset.
  • Alberta - Level 1 general insurance broker/agent license considered an asset.
  • British Columbia - Level 2 general insurance broker/agent license considered an asset.
