About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Clonard Group Inc. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to senior management and other staff members
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of a clean and organized office environment
    • Manage office supplies and equipment
    • Coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
  • Human Resources
    • Train staff on new administrative procedures and policies
    • Delegate work to office support staff
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, management, and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • Will train
