About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Director to join our team at Element Fleet Management. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving our digital marketing efforts and developing strategies to enhance our brand visibility, engage our audience, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies
    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
    • Oversee the day-to-day marketing operations, including campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track digital marketing performance.
  • Lead Content Marketing Efforts
    • Lead content strategy, creation, and distribution across digital channels.
    • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and SEO specialists to produce high-quality, engaging content.
    • Optimize content for search engines and user experience.
  • Manage Digital Advertising
    • Oversee paid media campaigns (PPC, display, social media advertising).
    • Allocate budgets effectively and optimize ad spend.
    • Analyze ad performance metrics and adjust targeting strategies.
  • Enhance Web and UX Experience
    • Collaborate with web development teams to enhance website functionality, user experience, and conversion rates.
    • Implement A/B testing and analyze user behavior to improve site performance and conversion.
  • Provide Analytics and Reporting
    • Regularly analyze digital marketing data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare reports for senior leadership, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Lead a Team of Digital Marketers
    • Manage a team of digital marketers, content creators, and analysts.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive digital and content marketing experience.
  • Post-Secondary education in Marketing or Business.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including content creation and campaign analytics.
