About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital and Brand Marketing Director to join our team at Element Fleet Management. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that integrates with overall business objectives.
    • Oversee the day-to-day marketing operations, including campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track digital marketing performance.
  • Content Marketing
    • Lead content strategy, creation, and distribution across digital channels.
    • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and SEO specialists to produce high-quality, engaging content.
    • Optimize content for search engines and user experience.
  • Digital Advertising
    • Oversee paid media campaigns (PPC, display, social media advertising).
    • Analyze ad performance metrics and adjust targeting strategies.
  • Web and UX Optimization
    • Collaborate with web development teams to enhance website functionality, user experience, and conversion rates.
    • Implement A/B testing and analyze user behavior to improve site performance and conversion.
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Regularly analyze digital marketing data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare reports for senior leadership, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Team Leadership
    • Manage a team of digital marketers, content creators, and analysts.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive digital and content marketing experience.
  • Post-Secondary education in Marketing or Business.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including content creation and campaign analytics.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing strategy and best practices.
  • Agility and ability to stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.
