Assistant Manager for Restaurant Operations

The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
Educational Requirements- Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Manage a budget ranging from $100,001 to $500,000.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and implement the types of services to be provided.
- Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate completion of financial reports.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff.
- Analyze costs associated with products and services.
- Maintain and organize inventory effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers for food and other necessary items.
- Engage with clients regarding catering services and facility usage.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operational activities.
Responsible for supervising a team of 16-20 individuals.
Technical Skills- Proficient in using electronic cash registers.
- Skilled in MS Excel and spreadsheet management.
Public transportation options are readily available.
Work Environment- Fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Repetitive tasks may be required.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Demonstrates accuracy and reliability.

Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is required.
This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 30 to 35 hours per week.
