Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Supervisor to join our team at DELTEX APPARELS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our distribution center, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
