Distribution Center Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Premier Foods Distribution Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Warehouse Management: Coordinate and manage the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is properly stored, handled, and distributed.
- Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods, and manage relationships with vendors to negotiate the best possible prices.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet the required standards.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to warehouse staff, ensuring that they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
