About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor - Distribution Operations to join our team at DELTEX APPARELS INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to inform business decisions.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for timely maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate employee progress and provide feedback.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support operations.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Supervision

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people.

Requirements
  • Valid Driver's Licence: A valid driver's licence is required for this role.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
