About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Distribution Supervisor to join our team at ROYCO LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics Management
    • Oversee the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities.
    • Plan and organize operational logistics, including inventory management, transportation, and supply chain coordination.
  • Team Leadership
    • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
    • Recruit, hire, and train staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
    • Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve productivity and performance.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels and movements.
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, as needed.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics, materials, and supply chain management.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain coordination.
