About the Role

Lavish Impex inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Distribution Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and execute plans to prioritize tasks, optimize workflows, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Team Leadership: Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate activities with other departments, including purchasing, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, shipping and receiving activities, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced warehouse environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a dynamic environment
