Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Patrols: Conduct regular security patrols of the premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Incident Response: Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, including but not limited to, medical emergencies, fires, and suspicious activity.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, including but not limited to, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information.
  • Equipment Management: Manage and maintain security equipment, including but not limited to, cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports of security incidents and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • Security License: Possess a valid security license and be able to provide proof of licensure.
  • First Aid and CPR: Possess a valid First Aid and CPR certification and be able to provide proof of certification.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to think critically in high-pressure situations.
  • Teamwork: Possess excellent teamwork skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
