Intuit is seeking a highly skilled Workplace Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our global workplace operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a workplace operations strategy that aligns with our global workplace vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a workplace operations strategy that enhances the employee experience and creates efficiencies.
  • Lead and manage a team of vendor partners to deliver high-quality services and materials.
  • Own and deliver end-to-end onsite workplace operations and maintenance of all company facilities, ensuring they meet high standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for facility maintenance, safety, and emergency response, including business continuity plans.
  • Support the development and maintenance of a rich database of workplace information and benchmarking for constant reference and guidance in decision making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workplace operations or facilities management, or hospitality management.
  • Proven experience managing workplace operations in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
