Job Title: Senior Manager, Workplace Wellness

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to oversee our Workplace Wellness division. This role will be responsible for overseeing the divisional B2B operational processes and ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee daily operations of the healthcare business division, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of workplace onsite healthcare clinics.
  • Manage and optimize supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with other divisional leaders to develop and execute business strategies and growth plans.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Respond to RFPs and other contract management responsibilities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand our Workplace Wellness services.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing complex healthcare operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving business growth.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
