- Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.

- Delivery Coordination: Supervise the delivery of food trolleys to dining areas.
- Work Schedule Establishment: Create and manage work schedules for kitchen staff.
Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
