Position Overview

As a Kitchen Manager at FFLECS Restaurant Management Inc, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing culinary operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Schedule Management: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Training and Development: Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Ingredient Estimation: Assess the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Staff Recruitment: Hire food service personnel to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and service adhere to quality control standards.
  • Budget Management: Prepare budgets and cost estimates for kitchen operations.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Tray Assembly Supervision: Oversee the assembly of food trays to ensure quality presentation.
  • Delivery Coordination: Supervise the delivery of food trolleys to dining areas.
  • Work Schedule Establishment: Create and manage work schedules for kitchen staff.
Qualifications

Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
