About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Vice President to join our team at Funvilla. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate marketing resources, including budget, personnel, and technology, to support the implementation of marketing strategies and programs.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing plans that align with the company's overall business objectives and goals.
  • Representation: Represent Funvilla in marketing-related negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Team Management: Select, train, and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews of marketing team members to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Schedule Planning: Plan and manage marketing schedules, goals, and objectives to ensure alignment with the company's overall business strategy.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the marketing budget and ensure that expenses are managed effectively to achieve business objectives.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and manage marketing staff to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure that marketing activities are conducted in a safe and secure manner, and that all necessary safety protocols are in place.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
