Job Summary:

The Centre In The Square is seeking a visionary and results-driven Executive Director to lead the organization's strategic direction and drive its mission forward. As a key member of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with the organization's mission and goals
  • Lead the organization's senior management team and provide guidance and support to staff
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, community partners, and industry leaders
  • Oversee the development and implementation of programs and services that meet the needs of the community
  • Manage the organization's budget and resources to ensure financial sustainability

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a non-profit or arts organization
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills
