Job Summary

LABHSHUBH FOOD CORP. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food preparation and service staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation and Service
    • Direct and manage the activities of food preparation and service staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
    • Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and safety standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff
    • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance and productivity.
  • Inventory Management and Control
    • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
    • Develop and implement inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
    • Develop and implement quality control procedures to prevent foodborne illnesses and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
    • Ability to train and develop staff members.
    • Strong inventory management and control skills.
    • Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at LABHSHUBH FOOD CORP., you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks. You will also be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
