Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and follow up on payments using our GetPaid software.
- Reconcile unapplied and misapplied payments on customer accounts.
- Manage dispute resolution, including gathering details from customers and updating them in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to general phone calls and inquiries.
- Process payments by credit card online and update customer information and certificates of insurance.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work independently.
- Relative experience in a similar position is preferred.
- Proficient in computer systems and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to take initiatives.
- Bilingual (English/French) language skills are required.
