Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at I-WAY TRANSPORT INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily tasks, managing staff, and overseeing payroll administration.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations and plan and organize daily tasks to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties to ensure effective team performance.
- Marketing and Sales: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop marketing strategies to increase sales.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure a high-performing team.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 42.5 hours per week.
