About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees, customers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and education to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and maintain health and safety records and reports.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of health and safety within the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • University degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in health and safety management.
  • Certified in Occupational Health and Safety (COHS) or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
