Client Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Associate. As a key member of our Wealth Management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and accurate resolution to client inquiries and issues via phone and email
- Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional client support and upholding our customer-first culture
- Develop expertise and knowledge regarding our wealth management services, software, and procedures
- Coordinate and lead client tax enquiry resolution and account opening documentation preparation
- Provide administrative support to the Wealth Management team members as required
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 3+ years customer service experience
- Previous office administration experience and wealth management/financial services experience
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
