Optical Services Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Service Specialist to join our team at Consumer's Optical.
The Patient Service Specialist plays a critical role in delivering world-class service to our customers, providing exceptional interactions and ensuring a seamless experience.
This is a full-time, permanent role working up to 30-40 hours per week, Sundays to Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet customers and communicate with them in person, by phone, and by email
- Manage appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing and payments
- Uphold excellent customer service standards using charisma and problem-solving skills
Requirements:
- Passionate about customer experience and a great communicator
- Committed to excelling as a member of a high-performing team
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous retail experience an asset
