The Role:

We are seeking an individual who can bring their exceptional skills and experience to join us as our newest Patient Services Specialist.

The Patient Services Specialist is a vital member of the Solis Optics team, playing a crucial role in our success by delivering outstanding service to our clientele. As the first point of contact for many customers, your passion for service and dedication to providing an exceptional experience will be essential.

This position is a Full-Time, permanent role with a commitment of 30-40 hours per week, including weekends.

What Your Responsibilities Will Include:

· Warmly welcoming customers as they enter our store

· Engaging with customers in person, via phone, and through email

· Processing billing for customers, their medical service providers, and other third parties

· Managing appointment scheduling, prescription printouts, and payment processing

· Upholding high standards of customer service through your charisma and problem-solving abilities

What You Bring to the Team:

· A passion for customer experience; an excellent communicator who can create exceptional interactions with clients

· A commitment to excelling as part of a high-performing team

· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

· Previous experience in retail is an asset
