We are seeking an individual like you to bring your outstanding skills and experience to our team as a Customer Care Representative.
The Customer Care Representative is vital to our success at Consumers Optical, providing exceptional service to our clientele. As a primary point of contact, you will need to embody a passion for people and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This position is a Full-Time, permanent role requiring 30-40 hours per week, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcoming customers as they enter our establishment Engaging with customers in person, via phone, and through email Processing billing for customers, their medical service providers, and other third parties Managing appointment scheduling, prescription documentation, and billing transactions Maintaining high standards of customer service through your charm and problem-solving abilitiesWhat You Bring:
