About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optical Expert to join our team at Real Canadian Superstore. As an Optical Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on eyewear and optical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Partner with our team to create a seamless and convenient shopping experience for customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest optical trends and products, making recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Manage store operations, including ordering and receiving product, and handling customer transactions.
  • Commit to promoting a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging, fostering a positive and respectful work environment.

Requirements:

  • Provincially licensed within the jurisdiction and a minimum of 1-year Optical experience.
  • Management experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Highly organized, diligent, with strong time management capabilities.
  • Enthusiastic and concise communication to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • A love for fashion, eyewear, and the retail industry.
