Payroll Administrator Job Description

R.W. Tomlinson Limited is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process bi-weekly and weekly payroll functions, including reporting and reconciliations
  • Prepare and process payroll forms, such as records of employment and tax forms
  • Uphold detailed records and documentation of payroll functions for audit purposes
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure correct and current information
  • Stay current with payroll regulations and standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors software is an asset
  • In possession of or working towards a National Payroll Institute PCP designation or equivalent experience
