Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for compiling and entering payroll data, posting wages, and reconciling errors to maintain accurate payroll records.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile and enter payroll data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Post wages and reconcile errors to maintain payroll records
- Review wages computed and correct errors to ensure accuracy of payroll
- Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions
- Record changes affecting net wages, such as exemptions and insurance coverage
- Assist with processing payroll and enter new employee information into the software
- Perform other clerical duties as required, such as drafting documents and communications, scanning, filing, shredding, and data entry
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, or Payroll is considered an asset
- 1+ year of experience in a data entry, administrative support, or payroll support role is considered an asset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and approach situations in a diplomatic and professional manner
- Proficiency using various programs and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
