Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our Commercial Product Team at Genetec. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for marketing and communicating major releases and updates to our flagship product line, Security Center.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for Security Center, including product launches and ongoing activities.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing Communications, and Sales teams to develop high-impact product launches and accelerate awareness and adoption during a product's lifetime.
- Define the value proposition and develop sales tools that support our marketing strategy.
- Align key stakeholders on common business goals and ensure responsibilities are clear.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, technology partners, and competitors.
- Support product lifecycle initiatives and communication.
- Analyze market and channel data to create action plans targeting buyers and markets.
- Train sales and channel teams to effectively position and sell our products.
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials to support the sales process.
- Develop smart, organized, and effective outbound campaigns and programs, collaborating closely with product, sales, and marketing communications teams.
- Travel approximately 20% to attend events, conferences, and partner or customer visits.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of B2B marketing experience.
- Demonstrated success in working with Communications, Sales, and Product Management.
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate on concurrent launches with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), with a strong command of Excel data analysis.
- Curious and willing to learn about our products and services.
- Independent, fast learner, and self-starter who wants to be part of a flourishing, curious, and innovative organization.
- Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written.
- Experience as a Product Marketing Manager or Product Manager.
- Experience leveraging PowerBI for reporting.
- Experience using Microsoft SharePoint as a communications tool.
- Hands-on experience in one or more areas: product launches, sales enablement, go-to-market planning, market analysis, digital marketing.
