Job Summary:

We have an opportunity for a Product Marketing Manager based at our Montreal office within our Professional division that markets products solely to the Hair Stylists and Barbers segment under the lead brand of BaBylissPRO.

Responsibilities:

  • Product development from a to z of items within various categories. This accounts for 70% of responsibilities.
  • Execution of new product launches through the development of packaging, POP material, and other related support material.
  • Source new products with overseas vendors.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute product promotions and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of product development experience in the consumer packaged goods industry.
  • Beauty industry experience an asset.
  • Must be fluently bilingual in English & French.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with initiative.
  • Team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and an extremely high level of accuracy.
  • Strong judgement and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
