We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Retail Supervisor for our Shoe Co. brand who is eager to make a difference.
In this position, you will report directly to the Store Manager and play a crucial role in cultivating a store atmosphere that promotes inclusivity and builds strong customer relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include coaching service standards, guiding the team to meet store targets, including in-store sales and online orders, as set by the Store Manager. Your ability to excel in a dynamic environment, work collaboratively, and maintain operational excellence will be essential for your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example to enhance store performance by consistently delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
- Drive business success by modeling a shopping experience that promotes exceptional customer service, attractive merchandise displays, and operational integrity to foster customer loyalty.
- Provide coaching and constructive feedback as directed by Store Management to support team success.
- Encourage teamwork, collaboration, and adaptability within the store and across the district.
- Ensure effective communication with the Store Manager.
- Efficiently manage store opening and closing procedures.
