We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Fast Cell Repair Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising sales staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that it is accurately stocked and easily accessible.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
