Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Exit New Westminster. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire and train staff to meet the needs of our customers
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
