Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Fast Cell Repair Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are adequately trained and equipped to perform their tasks.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to meet the needs of the store.
  • Order merchandise and authorize returns to maintain an efficient inventory system.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize overtime.
  • Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality customer service.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Working Conditions:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to stand for extended periods is required.

The language of work is English.

Work Hours:
