Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Fast Cell Repair Ltd.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all sales and customer service goals are met. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that all sales and customer service goals are met.
- Manage the inventory of merchandise, including ordering and receiving stock.
- Authorize returns and exchanges of merchandise.
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and meeting sales and customer service goals.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours of Work:The Retail Store Supervisor will work 35 hours per week.
