Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Fast Cell Repair Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all sales and customer service goals are met. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that all sales and customer service goals are met.
  • Manage the sales floor, including ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, and establishing work schedules.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all products are accurately stocked and displayed.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff in various areas of responsibility, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
