Key Responsibilities

As a custodian, your tasks will include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining hallways, floors, and stairs through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing.
  • Utilizing industrial vacuum cleaners to effectively remove dirt, debris, and refuse.
  • Managing waste by emptying trash cans and other containers.
  • Washing windows, interior walls, and ceilings to ensure cleanliness.
  • Coordinating with contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Conducting safety and security inspections of the premises.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and fixtures to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Working independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements

The position involves:

  • Repetitive tasks requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Handling weights of up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
