Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at 2731511 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize productivity.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
