About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at 2731511 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Financial Management
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations Management
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
