Your Responsibilities:
  • Embody and adhere to ICON's values, which center around our commitment to People, Clients, and Performance.
  • Contribute to our culture of process improvement, focusing on streamlining processes to add value to our business and meet client needs.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Support Study Start Up Leads with tasks such as tracking, filing, and coordination.
  • Assist with submission documentation and guidelines, as required.
  • Collate and verify submission documentation for completeness before submission to regulatory authorities.
  • Coordinate and dispatch submissions to relevant authorities.
  • Assist with translation of documents required for submission.
  • Update relevant tracking systems with submission progress.
  • Copy and route incoming correspondence and documentation, as needed.
  • Familiarize yourself with ICH GCP and relevant ICON SOPs.
  • Be competent with ICON's Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
  • Set up, organize, and maintain electronic filing systems.
  • Assist with coordination of payments to regulatory authorities, as required.
  • Set up and organize meetings, as requested.
  • Attend team meetings and generate meeting minutes.
Your Qualifications:
  • University degree in Health Science or a related field (equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience may be considered).
  • Two years of experience in Clinical Research or a related industry.
  • Oncology experience is required.
  • Understanding of Good Clinical Practices/International Committee on Harmonization principles.
  • Strong social and interpersonal skills (written and oral).
  • Ability to influence without authority.
  • Work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to display autonomy and initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and multiple computer systems.
