About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to join our team at MiCiM Ltd. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth execution of large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programme Management: Ensure consistent programme management practices across all projects, maintaining control and traceability of documentation from project initiation to completion.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare project reports, monitor performance measurement criteria, and analyze trends to inform project decisions.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to non-planning project staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to contribute to project success.
  • Issue Management: Maintain records and a register of programme issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to projects.
  • Supply Chain Management: Set up protocols and manage supply chain programme production, issue, and acceptance, ensuring seamless integration with construction activities.
  • Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Work with planning department peers to implement best practices and share knowledge, driving continuous improvement in project management.
About You
  • Education and Skills: Hold a Construction or Engineering degree, with strong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Possess excellent communication skills, able to interact effectively with suppliers, clients, and project team members.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and produce reports to inform project decisions.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Be a quick learner, able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
