Job Title: Junior Research Coordinator

Hamilton Health Sciences is seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Research Coordinator to join our Interventional Cardiology Research Group.

Job Summary

The Junior Research Coordinator will be responsible for conducting one or more research studies, working closely with the Principal Investigator (PI) and Program Manager (PM). Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and monitoring study timelines
  • Providing coordination and direction in data management methodologies and site management practices
  • Engaging in ongoing communication and coordinating regular meetings with supervisor, PI, and key stakeholders
  • Preparing presentations for external and internal meetings
  • Adhering to compliance, safety, and monitoring requirements
  • Preparing ethics and regulatory documents
  • Coordinating communication with internal and external collaborators
  • Performing site monitoring and site visits
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-center research studies/clinical trials or other research projects
  • Experience with large clinical research studies and databases
  • Working knowledge of ICH-GCP Guidelines and international research requirements
  • Highly efficient computer skills and extensive experience with the Microsoft office suite
  • Team coordination skills
