About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Baskin Robbins. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the sales process to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, including ordering and stocking merchandise, to ensure that sales staff have the necessary products to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting sales trends, customer feedback, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or management role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
