About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Baskin Robbins. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Floor Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales floor, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for sales staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff to ensure they are meeting their targets.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Cash Handling: Authorize returns and exchanges, and manage cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
