Sales Team Lead

Gulhatim Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our retail team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing staff, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties, providing training, and conducting performance reviews.
- Sales Floor Operations: Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, visually appealing, and meets company standards.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Store Operations: Manage store operations, including scheduling, staffing, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience in retail sales or management is an asset.
- Work Environment: Non-smoking work environment.
- Work Setting: Retail service establishment or retail business.
