Sales Team Lead

At WESTWOOD HONDA, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to meet customer needs.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
- Order merchandise and authorize the return of merchandise to ensure that our inventory is up-to-date and accurate.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that our sales team is working efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our customers have access to the products they need.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that our sales team is working together effectively.
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure that our sales team is meeting their goals and objectives.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of sales and merchandising principles and practices.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
