Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at Edwards Lifesciences. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering clinical education materials, providing expertise and clinical insights on our heart valve therapies, and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Education and Training: Develop and deliver clinical education materials, training programs, and workshops to healthcare professionals, hospital staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Clinical Expertise: Provide expertise and clinical insights on our heart valve therapies, including device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement growth strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key customers.
  • Training and Development: Develop and continuously improve training curriculum, training materials, and training tools, based on clinical trial experience, company guidelines, and SOPs.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital staff, and other stakeholders, including key opinion leaders and proctors.
  • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Analyze complex clinical and business problems, identify solutions, and implement effective strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as biology, chemistry, or a related life science.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in a related medical device and/or clinical environment, with a strong understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology, and physiology.
  • Skills: Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal relationship skills, including negotiating and relationship management skills.
