Key Responsibilities:

  1. Offer pre/post-sales assistance and customer training for Image Guided Therapy Device products
  2. Conduct hands-on training regarding image interpretation and clinical workflows for IVUS and FFR
  3. Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the internal team throughout the sales journey
  4. Ensure product readiness and execute clinical configurations as necessary
  5. Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet customer requirements and resolve clinical challenges

Required Qualifications:

  1. Certification and registration as a Nurse or Medical Radiation Technologist in Canada
  2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Cath labs, Interventional Suite, or Vascular OR
  3. At least 3 years of clinical experience as a field application specialist
  4. Familiarity with at least one Philips IGT Devices product
  5. Bilingual proficiency in English and French, as interaction with diverse clients is essential

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with guide wires, scoring balloons, and pressure wires
  2. Knowledge and experience in adult education and training delivery methods
  3. Proficiency in software installation and configuration
