Job Description

CIUSSS du Centre-Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical guidance and support to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical education programs for nursing staff
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and support to nursing staff
  • Conduct clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and evidence-based practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current registration with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
